Dad, Christmas & New Year has been and gone.When the clock struck midnight it was so hard not having you there. It felt like I was leaving you behind. 2nd January would have been your 68th birthday and although we still had your birthday dinner like always there was something missing-you! I just wish that you could walk back through the door put your arms round me, give me a sloppy kiss and call me your baby one more time. I know that you will never leave our hearts but it's not the same as having you here. The tears still keep on coming and I know they always will because you were such a special person and life without you will never be the same again.
